I am a fully qualified, Child and Adolescent counsellor and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also hold Level 2 membership of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).  I am therefore bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Profession (www.bacp.co.uk) and the ACTO Code of Ethics (www.acto.org.uk).

I trained at the University of Cambridge and have extensive experience working as a Counsellor in a State Primary School and in a ‘Not for profit’ organisation providing counselling for children. My work has involved helping children, adolescents and young people who are experiencing mental health issues, depression, social isolation, lack of self-esteem, gender and sexuality issues, anxiety, self-harm and disordered eating.

My counselling for children and young people aim to make them feel supported and understood and equips them with the tools to build resilience and make sustainable changes for a more fulfilling future.
